Prime Minister Justin Trudeau makes an announcement and holds a news conference during the final day of the Liberal party’s caucus retreat in St. Andrews, New Brunswick. He announces a number of measures aimed at helping with the rising cost of living, including a dental-care plan for low-income families, support to help low-income renters and a temporary increase to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) credit.
