Thousands of Amazon employees in Brampton asked to self-isolate amid COVID-19 outbreak
Peel Public Health has directed Amazon Canada to cancel all shifts at its Brampton warehouse, and asked thousands of employees to self-isolate for two weeks starting on Saturday. The move comes after 240 workers have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last several weeks.

Statement from Peel Public Health
Peel Public Health has just issued a Section 22 order to Amazon Canada, requiring workers at 8050 Heritage Road in Brampton to self-isolate until March 27, due to a COVID-19 outbreak. It is effective at 12:01 a.m. on March 13
