In Glasgow, Scotland, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau holds a news conference at COP26, the United Nations’ climate change conference. He discusses his government’s commitment to reduce methane emissions by at least 30 per cent by 2030, and reiterates his call for a global minimum price on carbon.
