Commemorative Symposium on the 40th Anniversary of Black July
This Sunday marks the 40th anniversary of Black July—the beginning of a state-sponsored pogrom against the Tamil People in Sri Lanka. This tragedy has left deep scars on its survivors, their families, and many whose lives were forever altered by this act of genocide.
It is a solemn reminder for Tamils around the globe to never forget their stories and our shared pursuit of justice and accountability.
