Federal ministers and health officials provide COVID-19 update – March 16, 2021
In a virtual news conference, Dr. Theresa Tam, Canada’s chief public health officer, and Dr. Howard Njoo, deputy chief public health officer, join federal ministers Dominic LeBlanc (intergovernmental affairs) and François-Philippe Champagne (innovation, science and industry) to provide an update on Canada’s response to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. Dr. Marc Berthiaume, the director of the Bureau of Medical Science at Health Canada, also takes part in the briefing.
