Lieutenant Governor Elizabeth Dowdeswell delivers a speech from the throne at Queen’s Park to open the fall session of the 42nd Parliament of Ontario. The speech lays out the priorities of Premier Doug Ford and his Progressive Conservative government until the next provincial election, which is set to take place in June 2022.
