York Region will reopen in the red zone. Some restrictions in this zone include limiting organized public events and social gatherings to five people indoors and 25 people outdoors, limiting capacity at indoor dining establishments, gaming establishments, gyms and fitness centres to a maximum of 10 patrons; closing cinemas; and closing performing arts spaces to spectators.
